If certification at any level is not renewed and maintained at time of expiration, associate will be moved back to the appropriate level relevant to current certification. In order to progress to Level III, an additional relevant certification must be attained and maintained (2 certifications in addition to basic requirements) to next level of career ladder. In order to progress or be hired at Level II, 1 additional relevant certification must be attained and maintained.
